First off posts like this belong in troubleshooting, second the likely reason is that the servers are still getting started, and you may not have updated the launcher properly. Make sure you have microsofts .net 2.0 framework installed, and if so, then it is likely a server issue. Be patient until they announce that servers are back to 100%, and if you still have a problem post in troubleshooting or contact support@outspark.com.

1st,i updated the launcher and longin game,it says "Connetion to server has failed".
Then i setup microsofts .net 2.0 and login game,it says"Connetion to server has failed" again.I cant login game,why?

I have the issue too. After I log in to the game(Means I got back where I log out last time), I disconnected from server after 2 second, I kept trying and trying again, but nothing change. However, my other 2 characters are ok but it's laggggg and the skills are delayed. BTW,I have installed everything it needs already..
oh, the server Im using is Bijou

i get a window saying world initiate fail when the book screen's loading bar is almost full and then the window saying that pops up. frikkin annoying!!!plz help and plz add to my rep!

Ok, lets try this all over again.

First off, .net frameworks are independent of each other. That means that version 3.0 is NOT the same as version 2.0. You need to install version 2.0 ONLY. It can be found here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en)

These are the supported Operating Systems. You will also need the following software, and see below for those with 64bit versions of windows.

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 3; Windows 98; Windows 98 Second Edition; Windows ME; Windows Server 2003; Windows XP Service Pack 2
These are some software requirements as well, which you should have if you use windows automatic updates, but you may not, so here they are:
Required Software:
Windows Installer 3.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5FBC5470-B259-4733-A914-A956122E08E8&displaylang=en) (except for Windows 98/ME, which require Windows Installer 2.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=CEBBACD8-C094-4255-B702-DE3BB768148F)or later). If you still can't connect due to an issue explained here: http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105726 Then what you need to do is a complete uninstall and then reinstall the game from a fresh copy.
