OK I successfully installed .NET Framework 2.0
Still doesn't work.

Delete any Net Framework version you have installed, Then reinstall or repair net 2.0, Then restart your computer for the effects to take place.

i did that too but still cant open launcher every time i restart comp launcher dl some patch and closes and it cant open again:confused:

The problem you get is the same i got when i tryed copying outspark.exe over another one. You need to install the pacher at the location of your ../outspark/ map that contains your Fiesta and Launcher folders. Note that the Outspark map dossent need to be named outspark if you dident keep that when you installed.
