Me too I DLed the manual launcher patch. Doesn't work.
And I can't install Net Framework for some reason.
When I try to it says
"Setup cannot continue because this version of .NET Framework is incompatible with a previously installed one. For more information, see http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q312/5/00.asp"
Went to that link and it said the reason was because there is already a later version of .NET Framework installed. Went to C:\WINDOWS and found the Microsoft.NET folder and found other versions of .NET Framework already installed. Launcher still can't work.

and forgot to add that im running on VISTA
