cant logg in D:

this happens each time i try to logg in i have downloaded the launcher and the network frame already but it keeps appearing

i get a window saying world initiate fail when the book screen's loading bar is almost full and then the window saying that pops up. frikkin annoying!!!plz help and plz add to my rep!
