reviv skill ? quest?npc?

Title says it all , where do i get reviv skill through the quest which npc... i dont want 2 buy it. ty p.s. ive already done fight ur twin quest

In Elderine there is a merchant near the fountain (to the left of the Captain) that sells Clerical stuff. Inquire with him about your upgrade quest and he will begin you on the journey towards attaining your Revive Spell via quest, be ready for a lengthy journey though (its worth it)

You need to be level 20 and finish the level 20 class quest to use the scroll.

Scroll indicated requirement:
- Require level 20
- Class: HighCleric or Higher (*Note: you get HighCleric after you finish level 20 Cleric quest)

Name: Cleric's New Power 1 (HIGH CLERIC ONLY)
Npc: Paladin Master Keast (Elderine)
Task: Kill 15 Smart Phinos and 20 Joker Kebings
Reward: 30 Fame

Name: Finding Albert (HIGH CLERIC ONLY)
Npc: Paladin Master Keast (Elderine)
Task: Find and talk to Unknown Dark Elf (He's in Northwest Forest of Mist, next to Boogies)
Reward: 5 Fame

Name: Cleric's New Power 2 (HIGH CLERIC ONLY)
Npc: Unknown Dark Elf (Forest of Mist)
Task: Kill 20 Kebings, 20 Grave Robbers, and 5 Prock Zones
Reward: 30 Fame
