Why won't the Outspark Launcher work?

It always says,

TO run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v2.0.50727

It didn't have any problems when I first started Fiesta.

any one having the problem. when they try to load the launcher it says "outsparklauncher has encountered a problem and nees to close?
i been getting this sense the servers been moved
whats going on any1 know?

i believe i found that new server.... the new launcher...
BUT SO FAR IT"S DELETED MY CHARACTERS..

even though i use the same account.. which i don't understand..

please. i can tell what i've done.. i got the new launcher from a forum in here.
click on "new posts" up top. you'll find it there. just click on the HERE that's highlighted.
not the "long web addresses"...

but again, my characters do not exist, though i can get in game. i've yet to make a new character to SEE if MY characters DO exist. i'm scared. :S

i could use some help.. major.. i HAD SOME CHARACTERS AND BOUGHT FIESTA store things. i cannot afford to waste money. :S

Uninstall Fiesta, redownload it.
