the announcement says that Vista already have the 2.0 framework installed..
i tried downloading the new patch client, and DLed the framework for a try..
and when i install the framework, it says the it is already installed
i launched the client
and the problem :Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
