Day 1 - The Multiple Issues
There are alot of problems going on. Specifically 2
The Launcher and the Game
After the servers were moved on August 30th, 2008
And the announcement has been made on the homepage of Fiesta that everything has been resolved. .
. . I decided to login and find myself unable to connect to the login server
(This has nothing to do with the .NET Framework 2.0, I had this installed before hand)
Anyway, other than that I have heard from my friends that they were logged into Fiesta and are able to play. Which means something is wrong with the connection between me and the login\game servers
On another note, I decided to Uninstall and Install Fiesta again.
This time there was a problem Installing Fiesta. .
Note: I have Uninstalled and Installed Fiesta many times before in the past and It always, 100% updated without problems
Ever since this server switch\move I could not get the updated Launcher or Game files.
(Yes, I have downloaded the latest Launcher from CSR_Jokers thread @ http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105291 )
I tryed 2 methods of Reinstalling Fiesta
1. I let Fiesta Launcher do its thing, and let it update till its "Up to Date"
(Which I have usually done it in the past and worked)
But this didn't work cause the Launcher did not update and did "NOT" download or install any new game files
2. The new method (Because Fiesta Launcher couldn't update to the latest version) I installed CSR_Jokers latest Launcher

After Ive done this
I launched the Outspark Launcher once again and it seemed to be downloading the same Patch over and over.
After the download for the patch was finished, It would close the Launcher and not Install it.
Note: I have reinstalled Fiesta many times with different methods & all fails
It would only come down to:
1. Not updating the launcher or game
&
2. Manual update to the Launcher would continue to download the same patch but not Install
(Note: The patch that downloads over and over is "Fiesta.Patch.60-61b.7z")
I tried to manually update the Game Files using the manual patch from GM_Cretz "Manual Patch 1.2.102 UPDATED (08-20-08)"

But updating the game files without the previous files to download would only give me errors that I did not have them in the folder
Day 2 - Recent Update
I tried Installing Fiesta on a new Directory just to see what would happen
And these are the things that were going on:
1. Yay, The Launcher actually update to the correct version and is "CORRECTLY" downloading the Patches !!<3
2. The problem with Installing into a different Directory will have you left with an Error
"Could not locate Fiesta directory to apply patch. Please reinstall the application"
In my mind, Im thinking that the Launcher wont recognize I have a custom directory and it will install into the default directory "C:\Program files\Outspark\Fiesta" which does not exist
