Cant get on to fiesta, many problems

I downloaded and installed the .net Frameware or whatever its called but I still cant get onto fiesta, first of all my OutsparkPatcher wont run cos it 'requires 2 arguments'
My old launcher would download the patch but wouldn't apply cos it wouldn't let MS DOS run (and apply)
So i manually installed the new launcher but it says this on the bottom 'Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection'
I got frustated so I uninstalled fiesta and tried to download it again but what do i get when i press the button that says 'download free'? A new window that says 'Sorry, Not Found template file.'
I would be grateful if anyone can help me
I also hate to say this but this sort of organisation has really disappointed me and I hope next time, host/server changes would be more simple, more smooth.

I would have normally posted a fix for what you are experiencing but it involves re-downloading the game, so the fact that you aren't able to do that is puzzling...

thats the most annoying thing, I have an old version of the Fiesta installer so i was assuming maybe there r some stuff missing. But when i try to download the NEW installer...'Sorry, Not Found template file' :(

Im usually caring and nice, but from time to time i bully ppl in pvp area...am i being punished for that ?? D: I WONT DO IT AGAIN T=T
btw, u think if someone downloaded the client and then sent to me on msn/aim/yahoo it would work? I know that it would take ages, but would it be possible?

I'm having the same problem, so you're not alone if it helps.

lot of people are getting that error, i can get error if i use new sharp launcher from folder

Same here. Fiesta works from the start menu but not the folder...

Please read the stickies here in the troubleshooting area to get an idea on what you need to do. Specifically try this from the first post in this thread: http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108735

This should get you going. Please do not skip any steps, you need to remove all launchers and Fiesta then reinstall as described in that thread.
