Earlier today around 4:20 eastern time.
By entering shops it will randomly appear for me.
For some reason, i dont know why, when im in uruga and i look in a shop all numbers and text of other players and items and the chat will all go black, i have no idea how or why this happens.
Edit - What i meant by black boxed is all the words and numbers get enveloped in a black box.
