Any advise on what program to use to record gameplay? [Archive]

Im looking forward to making an SoS video or two, only problem is im not sure which program is best for this kind of stuff. I tried Hypercam but it literally sucks. The recorded vids went into automatic fast forward, dunno why, and when i put them in Movie Maker the quality turns to horse crap.

Any advise guys? :/ Oh and dont mention any of those programs that you have to pay for. Coz im not spending money just to make 1 or 2 videos =P

o,o one question. If you have this fraps program, you don't need a camcorder or something of the likes right? just the program 'films' whats going on your computer? O_o

Oh btw Nero!! You can see the video just fine. No blurry etc - Just need to view the video with the "view high quality version" under the video. ^^v

@ Cyro : Yeah, this Fraps program "films" your game screen. So yeah, there's no need for a camcorder because it does it for you. Lol. :] However, You'll need to compress the video via a program like Windows Movie Maker etc.

Yes i know but.... *looks at my video* it doesnt seem to have that High Quality option 0.o Do i need to add it myself? If so can you please tell me how? I thought its just something that Youtube itself does XD

There ya go. It's usually right under the player window. The options only there if the original video uploaded was in high resolution.

I used to get headaches and neckaches too but not anymore coz my head is used to headbanging now XD

And the Slipknot song is from their new album that was released this month, dont see how it can get any newer than that LMAO.

Did you try that Signature Maker program thingy? i never used it so i dunno if it can do animated sigs or not.

Did you try typing in google "How to make Animated Signatures" ?

use fraps ^_^

And yea use photoshop and image ready to make animated gif ^_^ Also can make a website with those programs.

Archer is just as good as Rogue, it just comes down to what you prefer xD Close combat or Long Range fighting. I've always been Rogue/Assassin classes on online games <3
