what is wrong with the game??????????

every time i try to update the game client i keep getting a error the error contains this i am really starting to get upset because i have tried to get it to work for over 3 hours now and it will not work. i can not get the manual patch to work ethier i installed it but the game still insists upon updating itself. someone please tell how to fix this

you need to send as detailed a report that you can make to the admins. at outspark, along with a screen shot with the error window in it.
