Can't log in

For some odd reason, perhaps because I'm trying to log in at a time of peak performance, I cannot enter into the server. The server does not respond to my click. Neither server will. Also sometimes whenever I go through a gate, I have to wait forever for it to load the next level. It is extremely frustrated and I absolutely despise being shut out.

Seriously. I couldn't log in at all Saturday. What the heck is wrong? My internet connection is at a university, so its definitely high-quality.

i downloaded it and got to the outspark launcher i input my id and password but when i hit play, it says taht fiesta was not correctly installed please help

hey every1 just restart the internet log in on the internet and then log in on your computer :D:):cool:

i cant log in either.....im ne here but i had already downloaded the game client but it wont let me in for sum reason i tried to log in but i would just disappear on me!!!!
its getting annoying so sum1 please tell me wats going on!!!!

look just restart your internet, then log in in the website,but don't take off the internet website, leave it on, then open the outspark louncher, then type ur username and password and put play. and it takes about one min. to go in, then just follow the guides, after inside is the game is confusing but nice:):D;)

I wonder if you have to wait a while, that is, you can't reenter immediately after you quit.

To all the folks posting here, also check your firewalls. Those tend to not like Fiesta Online specifically.

I have a friend with the issue of extreme lag and loading screens taking about 5 minutes and occasionally disconnecting her. The problem either occurs from your computer not being able to keep up performance wise, or there is server issues. For those of you having internet issues, shut down your computer, (if you have a router, turn it off and unplug it AFTER turning off computer) wait about 10-30 minutes, and start back up again. (Plug in the router and turn it back on BEFORE starting back up.) That will completely restart everything.
If you are having issues with installing Fiesta, try uninstalling it and try installing it again. Remember to follow all of the instructions.

And to add to Jello's post, don't forget to defrag. Many people seem to miss this important feature on their computer when it comes to system performance in games. :)

at least u can connect i cant even start the game cause of a dum error that keeps telling me to reinstall witch i did many times and it still wont work T_T
