400. And it's possible, just get it from the Item Seller from Elderine. When you read it it will consume 400 points of fame.

revive is a cleric only skill, in other words only a cleric can use it. Even though you can buy it for fame points if you are a cleric, you will get it offered to you from a quest after completing the level 20 quest. If your not a cleric then it is absolutely no good to you, so don't waste your fame points on it.

Right after you complete the Clas Upgrade Quest as a cleric, you will receive a quest from the NPC in Elderine. It has like 3 parts and it includes killing a lot of mobs and traveling far distances. In the end, you get revive from the NPC in Elderine.

Yeah what wind said, but you could save yourself from a bit of walking with teleportation scrolls.
