when i double click the icon to bring the outspark launcher up it comes up with an errer ... i have just reinstalled to see if this fixed the problem but it did not. anyone have any advise on how to get it working?

Most likely, you need to download .NET 2.0, Outspark recently moved servers, and now everyone requires .NET 2.0 to be able to play.
