i need help i cant play because i have spy ware and fire wall is blocked i told my dad but he said to just leave it alone plz plz plz plz plz plz help me when i download something and click on it it woudnt open plz plz plz plz plz plz help me i really want to play sos

If the spyware is interfering with downloads, then I see only two possible fixes:
1) Purchase a good anti-spyware program at any software store and hope that it's up-to-date enough to wipe out the spyware or
2) Re-install Windows.

just reinstalling windows might not be the solution, cause that installs over the currrent installation but it doesnt clean the old files... so, if there's a spyware it might remain there, the correct procedure would be formatting the hard disk and reinstalling the OS. (this is the best solution but it might take a while, back up, etc... I'd use it as last resort :S)

go download anti-spyware software..i think u can find on www.download.com or google..many software r free...u can even try ad-adware 2008 free version..it clean some adware and spyware..now unblock ur firewall...u can still clean spyware...do not reinstall windows b/c that's worse case...
