so im trying to do the equipment upgrade quest that he has for da'noobs like me. he gives you this special elrue called an Ex Elrue but whenever I try to use it in the refining screen like I would with any regular elrue it says that the item level is not correct. it asks for a item with a level of less than 1, but isn't 1 the first item level?
