Need log on help!!

Pls can anybody help me. I downloaded the game, got to outspark launcher and I typed in my username and password and pressed the play button. But then a window quickly opens then closes (i think it might be the game window) and then the play button goes grey so i have to re-open the outspark launcher and when i tried again the same thing happened. I was looking forward to playing this game but now i am quite annoyed.

Please help me!

Hey i think i might have found how to fix the problem. I saw in a different thread that someone had the same problem and they fixed it by updateing thier (I think it was the graphics) driver. I am trying it now, i hope it helps you.
