(Rare?) Error!

Im using Vista and everything is fine with me since I fixed the update problem, but there is one left that keeps bothering me after I turn of my computer everytime.
It reverts it to the launcher and files before the server maintence everytime I shut down the computer and go on it.
Please help if you know some kind of solution :o
