You don't need one in Open beta. Download it, create a character, and play.

When i am trying to download-i recieve message-"You must register and verify your email address to download Fiesta"

If you are posting here than you should allready be verified. Double check your email I guess and make sure if they sent you anything, that it is not in your spam folder or blocked by your email totally.
