Production Skill requirement?

:confused: Well just as the title says.. I want to get the recipe for Lix or w/e it's called but it says production skill requirement:200 and well I just started this game like 2days ago.. So I have no clue..Can someone please explain.

You need to build specific skill up to 200 (means making 200 items of something lower than that) before you can use it.
