Launcher error

i get a c++ error when i launch the game, it says this "OutsparkLauncher.navigat: unknown c++ exception" & when i click ok it says "OutsparkLauncher.navigat: unknown c++ exceptionC:\program Files\outspark\launcher\rb\launcher.rb:10:in `navigate' C:\program Files\outspark\launcher\rb\launcher.rb"
how can i fix this?

First couple of questions I have these:

1) are you using a laptop or desktop computer?

2) What are the specs (RAM, OS, Video Card, etc) of the computer?

3) Are you using a firewall?

4) Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed?

how can i fix this?

I have the same problem. i can't get the launcher to work:mad:

im using a desktop computer with:
AMD sempton(tm) 2400+
1.68 GHz
1.00 GB of RAM
RADEON 9600 series (omega 3.8.360)

im not using a firewall and have directX 9.0c installed.

can anyone help me!?

sorry even reinstalling directX is not helping. I don't know what to do, everytime I try to start the game I get this from windows:

' TODO: <file description> has encounterd a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.'

send or don't send report you know the stuff, but I just can't play becouse after that I get this:

outspark.exe has generated errors and will be cloased by windows. you will need to restart the program.

an error log is being created.

that's it. I don't know what to with this...can anyone help?
