During this weekend, I truly understand the GMs were working hard to repair issues, and it is most appreciated, but the main question is the compensation for loss of CS items because of lag. If you the GMs can compensate for that, that would be greatly appreciated.
Just wondering if we can expect that, or is it out of the question?

Actually I found it much more interesting that they took away the exp boost even though most people could not enjoy it either due to not being able to play at all or due to lag issue. -.-
So as soon as the servers are bag to normal ie no lag and everyone can play again. People will have lost out on both. -.-

Yep, this weekend I was planning on completing my lizard knight lic and getting to lvl 77, but due to the lag, I wasn't even able to do either. I ended up going onto another char and just lagged for the hell of it >.>

I hope some sort of compensation can be given, some time added to CS items as this is not the users' fault (even though it's not totally outspark's fault, it is still an error on their end). Four days of my money and timed items gone to waste so far, as well as many many others.
I am aware, outspark, that you see us all as 'walking wallets', but you'll be seeing a lot less of mine walking in your direction if there's not some sort of compensation ;)

Personally I have no problem if compensation for cash shop items doesnt happen. Due to the lag I soon realised I was wiser fighting mobs that I knew wouldnt kill me if I lagged. However I do feel the Fiesta Gods need to do something really outstanding to show their player base that they really are sincere with their apology for the inconvenience.

Well mainly the reason i was requesting, because I was dying too much with the lag so i had to purchase cookies, it did help i stayed alive but the disconnects one after another wasted one pack. =P

I do think however some form of compensation should be made for those players who have not been able to log in for the past 4 days.

generally with a problem this big in the past they have offered compensation, exp boosts for several days and the time added back on to CS users items for the time they couldn't play. Given the situation I don't see why they wouldn't do something like that this time around.

For the EXP boost maybe they will add.... But for the CS items, i think they will only extend the time for the server move which is about 18 hrs or make it a day. But for the period of the lag issue as some players still able to get in the game and play.... In which i dont think they might wanna extend those period of time, unless they dont mind losing some profit (4 days of extends means 4 days less of income coming in)... As for the past esp during the lvl89 cap raise patch, this is because the whole server is down and no-one can log-in to play..thats why they can extend the CS item time.
Well.... Just my opinion on these.... Although this idea sounds good. But all decision is still over at Outspark..

What I'm hoping is that the 35% boost was removed with plans to postpone at a later date when lag is fixed .. As well as compensation for our SC items. I dunno. Maybe wishful thinking, but one can hope? :rolleyes:
