Brave Hoenys are in Sand Beach and Forest of Tide.
Ratmens and Boars are in Forest of Mist.

alternatively you can find them all in kingdom quest.

True, but for his quest he'll need to take care of them in the Forest of Tides and Sea of Greed, etc.
