spark cash pending!!

Any1 else have this problem since recent events?

normally when buying spark cash it clears straight away and i can start buying the things i want (brought sparkcash about 8 times now and it has all been instant) e-mailed outspark support about 5hours ago now as i have at that time i had already waited the 24hours they say to wait just incase. still nothing i wanna buy stuff lol.

anyways not asking for support or help with this as i am sure if will get an email soon (heres hoping) with saying it is sorted.

my question is has any1 else experienced problems buying sparkcash in past few days that they have never had b4?

If you are still experiencing this I encourage you to submit a ticket to the CSR helpdesk if you haven't already as they are the only ones who can assist you on this matter.

With that said (and given the fact is sounds like you've already done this), due to the recent server issues they may take a little longer to respond than usual. If you have't received a response in another 24 hours please PM me directly and I'll try to look into the matter further for you. :)

thanks for the replies, yeah will send another if i dont here back when it has hit about 48 hours, main reason posting this was just to find out if it is just me or if there are a few people experiencing this problem.

again thnx for replies and will pm you if nothing happens in the next day or so
