I have opened and closed the installing program multiple times.
Here is my problem.
As I begin to install the game, using the Outspark Fiesta_stub.1.2.60b.exe program everything runs wonderfully until the installation reaches about half way. In that case suddenly a window pops up saying there was some kind of problem with the connection and to hit resume or restart to begin again. Well the moment I do click on the resume button and restart the connection it happens.
The window says...
There was a problem with your network connection. Please press 'Resume' to continue the download.
Well mine does not say resume, it says retry, and so I click retry.
It begins installation at a speed of an average of 510kB/s. Says about 15-20 minutes left. Then I have to restart connection, and it drops slowly. So slowly that it drops at only 000.8 to 001kB/s, but it never stops or even jumps back up a little, it just seems to die. Now, I have never watched it all the way as I have been to impatient to watch the whole thing, but it dropped down to the low 200kB/s speed when I stopped it the last time. And it was making no signs of coming back up at anytime. And in fact, the predicted amount of time before the installation will be finished, raises. And the green bar showing how much is done, does not seem to move forwards anymore, it just stops.
Now this is not just a one time thing, the window will pop up several times with about 5 minutes intervals between each time. The connection never gets better. If the window pops up at 354kB/s, the the download after hitting restart will start at that, and start dropping again.
Is this a regular thing with anyone else? Is it even a serious problem? If you may know a solution, please help.
Thanks to any and all future help.
P.S.
The default location for downloaded programs is in a different driver then the C: drive, not sure if that could be the problem. I changed it though, so not sure why it would matter anymore. I changed it to, C:\Program Files\outspark\.
