Character Creation Fails

Hello,

I am new to Fiesta and just tried logging in for the first time. I logged in to create my first character and was able to select my character class, but the next screen did not display fully and I could not select my gender. I hit the back button and selected my character class again, the gender options became available after that but the next screen did not display properly, even after repeated backing and forthing. I am using WinXP SP2 system with a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE.

2) What are the specs (RAM, OS, Video Card, etc) of the computer?

3) Are you using a firewall?

4) Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed?

5) Are your video drivers for your Video Card current?

Video NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE
CPU AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz
NIC Broadcom 440x 10/100 Intergrated Controller
Video card is integrated in system and shares main memory, and can allocated up to 256MB.

3) Yes, the other system behind the same router is not having this problem.

4) DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

5) Yes, my video drivers are current.
