View Full Version : After launch, crash..not a good first impression

After entering my account info and hitting play, window opens..its all grey, stays open for about 2 seconds, then closes by itslef...then the launcher closes by itself shortly after....reinstallation did not help.
Please assist,

1) are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
2) What are the specs (RAM, OS, Video Card, etc) of the computer?
3) Are you using a firewall?
4) Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed?

2gigs ddr, XPsp2, Gforce FX5500 (fully updated drivers)
Firewall is off
how do i check my version of Directx....caus i get an error when i try to download the one linked from this site.

i have that same problem.... and i downoaded the directx 9.0 thing from the site, but after i finished downloading it the window closed and nothing happened.. im not sure if i did it correctly?
and what does this mean:

If you don't know what that means then put your comp back in it's box and send it back to whomever you bought it from.
