Bypassed installer dling full fiesta??

Erm i heard from friends that there are rumors of people hacking(hex-editing etc.) to bypass the installer , making the launcher think that it has already finished downloading the installer etc. making the user being able to access the game without downloading and installing the new patch. Is that true??

if that is true can any1 teach me how to bypass? i dun wanna download the game for 2days straight due to slow connections(I have to download for 458+hours!!). And can the mods like er petition or something similar for outspark IT department to actually make the downloading of a new client optional? i am sick of downloading huge chunks of redundant data...that's why i quit projectpowder anyways.

P.S i have absolutely no problems logging into the game before maintenance

it will probaly cause more problems for you if you try to bypass it. Just do the download..

hmm the download will take days..i am downloading at 257 BYTES per sec. any1 has a slower download speed than me? is there any other downloading link other than the official one? or is there a ftp link?

oh! is there a log for the outspark launcher? i wanna check the logging for the link to the server. If there is any1 mind telling me where i can find it? i cant seem to find the log.

No offense but the outspark launcher suxs with downloads just hanging there no progress whatsoever after 10mins

Well i still need 5 hours (downloading for over 2h now). Maybe there's a chance for unofficial patch... if the new version isn't very different from the old one.

Dudette i don't think u understand what the problem is. It's not the installation but the size that needs to be downloaded.

u see...any tutorials wouldnt work for me unless u got 1 that is "how to speed up your internet access to a server that is on the opposite side of the world" . People complain that they are stuck at login page or server selection page so on so forth and i envy them coz at least they managed to download the darn installer which requires me 456hours to download. Quite pissed off whenever i see the time remaining to complete the download and the requirement of downloading the entire game in order to replace the same thing , which is working completely fine...so much for going green , waste of my electricity and most importantly , time which money can never buy back.

I've been downloading for about 5 mins and I am at 4%, which I think is pretty good seeing as I only have 2 meg broadband, or w/e it is.

Worst case scenario, you'll have to visit the Fiesta website and manually download the entire thing for install.

Weird to hear that people have such slow download speed.

When you dowloaded the game for the 1st time, was it that slow ?
If not, you should try later, the server might be a bit overloaded atm.

why bijou??? out of all the servers why pick the server(bijou) that has the most ppl , lixs sellers and abyss killers? nah i got my exe from friend the 1st time but he quited fiesta due to outspark's performance , he didn elaborate more but my guess is "that" so i have to download it myself this time

Yes, this is the official link to the latest and full version of Fiesta. I've successfully downloaded and installed. ;)

well actually the problem is the size, cos im dling it too.

I bet they could make an incremental patch that would be less than half of the full install.
