invalid credential

i just creat a new acct when i try to download it say invalid credential.dont tell me to check password.already did few time that is why i creat new acct.
it realy sucks.my main is whitecrow it hanging there juct cant log in with the new ungrade.why we always face all kind of stupid problem whenever upgrade,or something

Other that that check you dont have caps lock on, and are typing it correctly, thats all I can suggest really :X
