my old email is <Email Removed> ...i have a cleric lvl 42 almost 43 :mad:

Youre gonna need to send an email to suppot@outspark.com but I doubt you'll get it back cause in order for someone to change your username and password they'd need your account details :X

but did you give your account information to anyone?

like Saturne said, send an email to support@outspark.com with the details of what happened to your account.

Because someone else had access to your account in order to change the e-mail and password it seems like you've been account sharing, so odds are you won't be able to get it back. I suggest in the future, if you start over, not to let anyone have access to that information.

You might also want to remove your e-mail address from your post :)

Yes sadly.. you an send them an email or send in a ticket (same thing), but since someone had to have your account details to login and change them.. chances are not much can be done..

Also note that account sharing is frowned upon.

guys u nvr thought that maybe his PC has a virus which stole his account?
Do a virus check and send e-mail next!
