Help please!

Ok, I just redownloaded the starter a few days ago and I come home today and the "Play" button is greyed out with no directions as to why..

So, I redownloaded it AGAIN just a few minutes ago and it's still greyed out and it's giving no errors or anything, just won't let me play..

Why would this be?

Maybe this is a reason why it won't work?
At the beginning of download it had like 6 delete functions I noticed..Is it supposed to do this?

Now it says: "Unknown C++ exception"
Finally an error message..And I know what C++ is, but I wonder why?

Then after I clicked OK it said:OutsparkLauncher.Navigate:Unknown c++ exeptionC:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\rb\launcher.rb:18:in`navig ate'
(On a new line)
C:Program Files\Outspark\Launcer\rb\launcher.rb:18

Then the launcer disapeared and when I brought it back up 'play' was still greyed out.

It SHOULD patch and then the button will be clickable.

It's not, and I think I know a reason, firewall, but when I turned it off it still didnt patch..do I have to download the entire file without the firewall on?
