You are downloading Fiesta again, lmao. I'd recommend downloading the installer from the website and uninstalling Fiesta, instead of using the launcher.

loads of bug fixes and you have to remember the new version of fiesta you are downloading also includes all of the previous patches as well here i a link to what has been added during update.

lots of people having problems with it, i download it fine took about 40mins if that but took about 30mins to install it lol.
they say lagg issue is fixed, though it is a lot better people are still lagging was getting more lag in cp2 though compared to eld lol
