Friends of the forum and Administrators of the Game, once again bring my case here, because I do not think justice has been done completely, it is true that administrators have acted in the most impartial manner possible, and I understand perfectly the situation to me have arisen, however, this is like a hare calls for attention to all players, never give up their accounts because it offers people who help their characters, ends removing accounts, as happened with the case of my friend and colleague Infernity of Guild, which was deceived by *** and *****, who stole the account, I would like after you've written this it away, I call upon the goodwill of the directors not to make them and serve as a warning to the rest of people who share this wonderful game.

I ask, apologies to the directors of the game if they caused some problems, but insist that the rest of the players should take this as a warning, because now I can only abide by what these stupid 2 asked me to be able to recover the Archer lvl 60 (*****) who is making a cleric Lvl 47 ...
Once more I ask the rest very careful with whom he delivered his mind, I ask of heart you do so.
Thanks and apologies, Atte Claudio Daniel (Keishi)

Keishi if I understand you correctly someone you know or yourself got duped into letting someone else on to an account and that account was stolen right? If thats the case then the gaming community both inside this game and the rest that are on the world wide web are already aware that its not adviseable to share accounts with someone else no matter who they are or what they offer in return. Account theft is a common problem for those who dont practice common sense with what they have such as loaning your auto to a complete stranger and expecting them to bring it back. Most every game out there has in its end user license agreament or terms of service a paragraph about sharing account info and access and every time you log in or when you install the game you agrea to these stipulations for the purpose of account security. If you or your friend got burned then that is your fault and you or your friend should not have shared access to the account with anyone else so for anyone thats new to the internet and this is your first game be sure to learn from the mistake here and dont share your account with anyone and that goes for these sites like mofiesta and fiestagold that offer power leveling services because they will steal your account and all thats on it.

this seems like a good time to remind everyone that account sharing is against the Terms of Service ( http://www.outspark.com/legal/)

NEVER share your account information. any damage caused due to account sharing we are not liable to fix, and our policy for this is a "hands-off" . it's very hard to tell what is really the truth in these situations, and that is why we adhere to a "hands-off" policy

Usually I would move this for blacklisting... but I think it is an important message to be shared. I will go back and edit out the names while leaving the story intact.

When you willingly give something to another player, whether that be an item, gold or your account info it is theirs to do with as they please, regardless of any "agreement' you may have. To put it bluntly, they can not steal what was given to them freely.

DON'T SHARE ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITH ANYONE!!!

Not GMs, not friends, no one. If someone approaches you in-game and says they are a GM and needs your password, get a screenshot and make them prove they are a GM. All they need to do is spawn flowers, chests or monsters. If they can't or won't do that, give them a hearty LOL and walk away (then send your screenshot in for reporting so they can be banned).

If you willingly give away your account information you do so at your own risk. Ouytspark will NOT get involved at that point.

This is NOT considered hacking... hacking is when someone takes control of your account without your knowledge or consent. If you give them your account info, it is done with your knowledge and consent.

Not sure I can make this any clearer...
