license bug

yeah my friend had a problem with swords she put on a license before she enhanced the sword and now it wont let her enhance the sword past the point when she bought what i mean is she cant upgrade it any further than lvl zero why is that???

what is the item level of the weapon and your friends level?

also is she using eyes and miles to enhance?

I just do a license on an weapon and enhance it yesterday. T1 item and it work fine in Ruman.

I am thinking she is on hopless James quest.

im not a beginner im lvl 24 and im proud of it plus my friend is a woman and she has a lvl 29 fighter holding a umm well it was a two handed green sword
