Everytime i try to download the new version it downloads then when it goes to install it says error what is going on?

You should actually be posting this in Troubleshooting instead of the Teva forums area. Additionally, you haven't provided any details to the 'error' in question. Details will help everyone assist you further in narrowing down what it may be.
