Cannt enhance weapon T3?

Hello
When i want to enchant T3 item i get this message:The resource cannot be used in enhancement.
I used red eyes and elrues(blessed,lucky,ordinary)without miles but still same message The resource cannot be used in enhancement.
Please help!

Are your stone, and eyes all T3 as well as your weapon?
