soembody told me thta they run outspark and they got a really specail item theyd giv it to me for 100 silver are it was called topaz ring of concentration is it realy worth that much or is it a lie

A topaz ring of concentration is a common 70+ item thats worth a couple of silver at most.

General note: If anyone approaches you and tells you that they 'run outspark, and they have a special item for you' and then asks you for money, or for your account information or to drop an item from your inventory in order to obtain enhancements through a bug, its a scam.

On that note, Outspark reps. will never ask for your account information and/or any information regarding your personal bank accounts, e-mails, home address etc.

An Outspark representative will always have a name with a title before it, and their name will be in a different color than everybody else's:

If you see any account without a name like this and they are passing themselves off as an Outspark representative please take a screenshot of it and send that report to Fiesta_Help with your in game name, server name, time and date, accurate description of the situation, and name of the account your are reporting.

In addition, though since I don't work for Outspark I can't be certain of this, GMs and other Outspark staff are not allowed to make items to just give out aside from events or glitch correction such as an NPC that took your money but didn't give you any item or skill for it.

Even if GM Kenny himself is offering you a deal like that, I wouldn't take it and would do what CL_Poisoned77 said.

Beside GMs tend to use yellow<or sometimes other colors> fonts in order to be different from regular chat fonts.
I will repeat this also <by the way GMS should make in game announcement about this to cut future "staff scamms" issues> if anyone who will read this thread will find youself in such situation :Take SS and send to Fiesta_help whit every details about this incident.
