Hey everyone. I just came here because in another mmorpg the customer service was very poor. They had a major security hole in their game so GM accounts got hacks... people botted all the time... the game started to suck and earlier today one of the gm accounts got hacked and banned a bunch of people in my server(including me) this is the 2nd time something like this happened and im tired of it so ive decided to quit it. ( i was very experienced in the game, the worth of my gear was in the thousands of usd). Anyways talk to me in game if u want to know more. I hope this game isnt anything like that. My other friend and probably a few other people from that game in my server will be joining me. :) cya all in game

Atm there is no Fiesta Store, so theres no need for customer service. We'll see what its like once it opens =)

However, the GM's are quite approachable and can be visibly seen improving things for the game.
