Keylogging. That's how I was hacked. But what you said is true. But this issue is resolved. (at least has no reason to keep going)

Anyways, Graavi pretty much spelled it out for you. Send an e-mail to support@outspark.com or submit a help ticket at http://support.outspark.com and submit all that information and the CSRs will aid you in recovering your account.
