Had the same thing happen to me once while entering Elderine.
Just open the system menu, choose the option "change character" and relog with the same character again. It worked for me and also worked when my archer was unable to move once during a king slime KQ too.
But I do hope outspark solves this problem, so that there wont be necessary to relog and to prevent these bugs from happening.
