NPC them, they're worthless seeing as you get them from a quest, and no one will actually bother to take the time to take a half hour to lvl a lic that would never help anyone :)

lol ya. its not like you go gk hunting but hey. if you want u can sell in mushie an see whos noobie enough to buy lol but w/e npc is better an easier tho :)
