adding to my heal

I try adding to my heal to reduce the sp consuption and the first two failed it took the point but did not mod the sp consumption then when i got heal 3 it finally took the sp consuption reduce

so I lost out on two of my skill points If you have questions or need clarification feel freee to get ahold of me
