Installing Problem

After downloading and installing the game several times I'm still having a problem. After entering my SN and password on the launcher and selecting play it tells me that Fiesta is not installed. How could this be? I sat here for 15 mins and watched it install. Please Help!

Best I could advise is uninstall and reinstall using the install launcher.
It is possible that a file got corrupted during the download.
