Dear Knights,

On October 11, 2008, we had an important meeting with some of our officers and guild members. I (Darktankerz) was hosting the meeting along with my admins. We discussed about many important topics in order to further enhance our guild experience and in order to support the security and integrity of our guild for the commonwealth and the common enjoyment of our guild members. We discussed about:

1. Time schedule of guild meetings in the future.

2. The preservation of activity and justice of rank (grade) of guild members, including new level caps for recruiting new members.

3. Establishment and enforcement of rules and regulations in the guild, including rules of conduct and loyalty to Outspark Terms of Service.

4. Guild War Rules of Engagements and our personal Articles of War.

5. Brief Discussion of future guild events, such as original fun guild events (this will be discussed in more depth in the next meeting).

Time Schedule of Event:

We had some number of complaints from our guild members regarding the timing of our meeting. We have players from all over the globe in this same guild. Therefore many of us have very different time zones, which resulted in big disagreements on when to hold the meeting. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in timing, and we are trying our best to solve this problem, especially for people who are very late in the night while it is daylight from where we are playing. At the meeting on October 11, we agreed to hold guild meetings every 14 days on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) at 2PM GMT. Meetings will most likely be held in the glamourous city of Elderine. You are not forced to come and all of our guild members are welcome to come if you wish to attend. Admins, councils, and guards are also strongly encouraged to come and discuss our guild topics and potential future events. If you miss the meeting but was wanting to come, you can catch up on our discussions either on the forum or PM with your fellow guild members to tell you what we have discussed.

Preservation of Guild Activity:

It has come to our attention that some of our guild members were gone for quite some time. Some of them did not even log in for many consecutive weeks. We do have quite a number of members already, but we prefer giving member position to as much active players possible who seem more deserving to be in the fun community of our guild. Although we do not take pleasure in regarding some of our guild members as inactive, we do have to ban some inactive members in order to make room for players who seem active, friendly, and helpful and wanting to join our guild. Therefore we set up some clear and concise boundaries in order to create fairness for our guild members.

1. Regular Guild Members who are absent from guild for 5 or more consecutive weeks will be considered inactive. After 5 weeks of inactivity, admins or master are authorized to ban that person from the guild.

2. Officers of the guild (Admins, Councils, and Guards) will be demoted in rank if they are found to not have logged into the game for 4 consecutive weeks. If the demoted officers prove to be inactive for an additional 4 weeks (total of 8 weeks), that person will be considered as inactive and be banned from the guild.

3. If you knew beforehand that you will become inactive for quite some time, please let us know so that we can act appropriately. Contact one of our admins or me in order to discuss when you will get back online. You can whisper ingame or PM in forum. Details of this matter may vary.

4. We decided 5 weeks for members and 8 weeks for officers as reasonable lengths of times. Some of you may think that 5 weeks may be a long time. However, we are still human beings and could run into time-consuming troubles that could prevent us for playing a good deal of time. For example, an accident or sudden injury could make you not play for some weeks (And I do hope none of you will go through any accidents). Therefore, 5 weeks minimum was decided as reasonable.

5. We agreed that the level caps for this guild increase from 20+ to 30+ for recruiting purposes. Due to some players tend to put their alternate character into this guild, resulted this guild become dull and not many knights are online on the same time. We were encouraged all alternate chars which now available will be more serious on leveling their character to atleast level 30. We hope that all knights in this guild will be more responsible and commited on their character for the sake of guild respect.

The Justice in Ranking:

Believe it or not, it is very hard, sometimes stressful, to give ranks to our members, even though they are just a few mouse clicks away. We give ranks of officers to people who seem deserving and contributive to the guild. By "contributive" I mean that they talk to guild members or occasionaly help them out. Participation in our guild wars is also considered "contributive" even if you die alot while trying your best. If you act nice and friendly, you will in time be respected and be fitted with an appropriate rank by recognition of your fellow guild members. Solving problems for the guild is also a very big kind of support and we will appreciate that. If you beg for a promotion, you will have an even lesser chance of a promotion, so please do not cause a ruckus or any trouble regarding your rank in guild. If you truly feel that you are deserving to be an officer, please say things calmly and respectfully, but most of all, be patient and nice. Another thing is that officers has to be reasonably active and knowledgeable of some range of problems.

Guild Rules and Internal Policies:

In the past few weeks, we were very concerned about the content of information that our guild members were chatting. Some of them were rather inappropriate to a point we had to interfere and stop them. Therefore, we came up with some rules regarding our rules of conduct and behavior in the guild:

1. Follow ALL rules and game policies stated in the Outspark Terms of Service. If you are unfamiliar with this thing, it is basically a set of rules in what you can and cannot do in this game (this goes for all Fiesta players by the way). You can even take a look at this on the bottom link of the Outspark Fiesta Homepage. We strongly recommend that you at least take another good read of it since we doubt that most of you even read the whole thing when you first registered to this game.

2. We will NOT allow or permit any chats regarding illegal activities in our guild. If you persist after being warned by me or the admins, we could ban you from the guild, report to a GM or a CSR, or do both at the same time. Examples of illegal activities include: sharing of account information, illegal money transactions, drug talks, harmful conspiracy, or any other actions or chats that are seen as illegal to both the rules set up in the Outspark Terms of Service and even laws of your real life local law enforcements. If we see that the content of the chat was exceedingly severe, even without warning, we will report you to Outspark Staff and immediately ban you from the guild. (I do hope that this will never happen, but we set up this rule, just in case)

3. Please chat nicely and do not cause problems in guild chat or even any other fiesta players in the game (I think this is also in the Terms of Service). You are free to talk about any topics in guild chat as long as it follows rule #2 stated previously. Also, please try to refrain from talking about the guild members' religions, creeds, personal backgrounds, and personal relationships (because we don't judge people from that anyway, we treat players based on their people character and personality). We will also NOT permit any kind of harrassment, hate speech, or racist comments in the guild chat. If you do, something similar in rule #2 will happen as consequence. Overall, we are quite okay with our current guild chats for now, and officers will try their best to monitor the guild chat to keep it under control.

4. If you witness any problems or illegal activities in the game or even in the forum, you can let us know. If your instinct and reasoning tells you that it is very severe, you can immediately try to contact Outspark Staff through Fiesta_Help on the forum private message service. If that does not work, then use support@outspark.com to email them your message about the problem you witnessed. Of course the problem must have originated from the things you witnessed or done in Outspark games. For example, if you accidently fell down a stair and broke your leg, well, in that case call 911 or EMS, don't contact Outspark staff for that (lol).

5. No offensive namecalling. If you do, well, you are in trouble.

6. Try to say friendly words only. If you have a strong urge to say curse words, please try to replace that word with something more appropriate. For example, you can say, "OMG, I just freakin' died in the middle of a quest. DARN THIS GAME!" We still understand the emphasis of your message without any curse words, so please try your best not to say "bad" words.

7. Please don't spam in any chat, not just guild chats. It is just plain annoying, so please don't repeat the same thing like a dozen times (dozen lines). 1 smiley face is still the same meaning as 20 smiley faces .........

8. Be friendly. If you have nothing nice to say, then try your best to stay neutral when you are talking in chat. You can still of course make arguments, but not to the point it hurts other people's feelings. You can also express your opinions to the guild of any topics, as long as they are "appropriate."

9. If you got teased or harrassed by nonguild members, let us know about it and we will respond accordingly, and we will try to make you feel better by talking to you. Also, try to take a screenshot of what that person said to you. If it's very offensive it could be reportable.

10. I don't know, I say rule 10 because it makes an even number, haha. Well thats that.

Guild Wars - Articles of War:

Of course for our guild and many other guilds of Fieta's Isya, guild war is a very big part of guild activities and communities. So, we decided on some rules regarding guild wars and let's call it Articles of War for now.

1. You are free to whether or not to choose to participate in the guild war. We will never force you to go into war if you don't want to, but we would feel quite grateful if many of you will participate.

2. If war is declared upon us, we will gather all members willing to fight to assemble in the city of Elderine. Location of rendez-vous point will depend. I want all of the participants to go on full battle alert and equip yourself with anything useful and to have full restock on stones. Remember, 5 minutes is not alot of time so you have to hurry. After that, immediately form up parties with your brother-in-arms or sister-in-arms and proceed to battle against the enemy guild. Battle tactics will depend, and orders will be administered in appropriate manner during the guild war.

3. If the enemy guild who declared war on us does not show up (like one of those guilds who carelessly declare wars for no reason and runs away), the guild can decide to go back to their own business and forget about the guild war.

4. If the general council of officers of the guild decide that a hostile guild is treating us unfairly or in provocative ways, we will declare war on that hostile guild if the guild agrees to declare war first. We will not allow declaration of war with questionable cause that had no prior permission by the general common of the guild. If the admin declared war in this unreasonable manner, he or she will be demoted.

5. We could also declare wars for FUN. But we must first ask permission from the admin or master of the opponent's guild before engaging them in battle. We want a "friendly guild war" in this situation so that we won't create unnecessary enemies.

6. Do not attack vendors or people doing quests during a guild war. Regardless of their status as enemy, it is still quite rude to interrupt their fun since they are still fellow fiesta players. Only attack enemy guild members who seem not busy in anything. If the enemy attacks you, well obviously, you know what to do.

7. Do not curse or say offensive things to the enemy. Yes I know they are enemies for now, but that is still not right. So be respectful to your opponents.

8. If under any circumstances, you were ordered by a superior officer to do something that's considered inhumane or something messed up, during a guild war, then you have the right to disobey that order and to report that situation to the council of officers later after the guild war.

Future Fun Guild Events:

We did not get much into this topic today, but in the next meeting we will discuss more about this (YAY!). So if you guys got any ideas on original guild event ideas, please propose those ideas in the next meeting. We would be very intereted to hear them. Also, the holiday season is coming up for many of us in December, so it would be a great time to hold fun guild events. Good luck Brave Knights of Chivalry.

Dear Proud Vanguards of the ChivalrousKnight Guild,

I welcome you all to our grand guild. I hope that the same courage, honor, and friendship that brought us together in your entry to our humble community will bring vast prosperity to the future of our home, our guild.

Now, before I let you become more accustomed to our guild, there are a few things I want you to know. This guild was formed this summer in the city of Elderine. There were three of us then. There are now over 80 of us now. All of us volunteered to join this guild just as you did. Some of us came because they were bored and lazy at home, and thought that they can get powerleveled all the time. Some of us came because they were ashamed of not being in a guild. MANY of us came because we were looking for a home in the world of Fiesta. If you look at some of the unfriendly, power-hungry guilds, they recruit for power, for fame, for reputation, and corrupted wealth. But our guild exist for something else besides plain power and pursuit of fame. We recruit and care our guild members to bring a strong identity to the guild. Isya should be a place of enjoyment and safe community; not a place of discrimination of players by levels or personal backgrounds. Here in this guild, you can be something. Here is a place to build a home.... It's not about how strong you are or what kind of background you have. There will always be many players stronger or weaker than you, and many players of different minds. No soul will bow in our guild. Here, we judge you by what you do, how friendly you are, and how active you are, not by how rich or how close to the cap level you are. It is the idea that we all have value, you and me. What we are fighting for in the end, in any deep horrors of the dungeons or in the gruesome battles of the guild wars..... We fight for each other. We fight to leave no one behind.

I hope you all get the message of tolerance, maturity, responsibility, and friendliness of the guild. Those are important features of our guild and we will do our best to protect those features to make this guild unstressful and comfortable as your home in the world of Isya. Just follow our guidelines and internal policies and you will all do well.

Due to last 10/28 patch update, i would like to warn all of you to be careful in Abyss from now on, to avoid any unnecessery conflict which will cause you all losing your precious experience. I dont encourage you all to enter any abyss which not belong to your level, and i hope you all learn to respect that. But i barely cant force or halt you from doing that, since it seems unfair to you all, especially other people doing the same. My point is, please be careful and get good party before you enter, to avoid any unnecessery unhealthy environment. I myself, also doing the same. I never ever again entering level 8x abyss, since i respect those our senior difficulties on achiving what they have now.

Remember one thing, i dont tolarate any spawn killing in abyss, in order to get stupid killing point. If I hear any bad report from anyone, me as head of council will take hard action on these, which prior to ban as the last resort. But, i believe you all wont do it anyway. I believe on you guys, because you all like my precious treasure that i ever had in this Isya's Continent. Thank you, my proud knights.

Yes you are not god, but you are a very great man. Having such awesome guildies and how you manage your guild making you become such a great man. I heard of your reputable and fame, master, and i'm truly respect you on how u done to maintain balance among your guildies, which i lack of. This feature is only avaible I think In PVP zones and abyss. It happened to me once while I was in 50 abyss. My cleric wasn't able to heal anyone but herself.

Thanks for visiting us. I have to admit that we have bunch of awesome member and excellent officers. Only, we are going to disban this guild soon for some reason. I just continue to reply some post in order to courtesy purpose. Anyway, we have a lot of active members atm, and i guess new home is appropriate to our awesome members. Sad to leave this awesome guild but CK must be disban for only we know the reason. Thanks again for the support. In order to play again, u have to uninstall old game. All of em including x-trap. Then try to download em again n reinstall. I encountered same problem b4 with 28/11 patch. Thats what i was doing after i got reply ticket from OS service. Hope its work!! Gud luck :)

Pyro, u need to uninstall all related to fiesta game play including folder. Clear the cache, and defrag. Try em out, i believe u will be ok after this.

Yes, I saw that thread. I followed all those steps but when I get to the 2nd step, I can't remove Fiesta because it says something's missing. Is there a way to remove it manually? Plz, I feel bad about being non-active too long and I still have +9s to return.
