As shown in the 2 screenshots, it is listed in skill crafting as 'SP Potion (Tier 1)' instead of 'SP Regeneration Potion (Tier 1)', and in the skills shop as 'HP Regenerating Potion' instead of 'SP Regenerating Potion':
