hi i'm aelious,

i have a problem regarding the validation needed to grant me full access to outspark.

i have registered and followed instructions carefully but still i'm not yet validated.

i resent the validation letter to my mail and clicked the link given on that mail. but still i kept on going back to the Log-in page every time i clicked on the link.

i also read this one : http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=139 and it clearly states there that i should get some kind of message before i can have full access or log-in without any problems to outspark.

i also sent a mail to support@outspark.com but i did not get any reply.

i'm hoping that you guys can give me suggestions on how to resolve this problem.

You are validated if your able to post. Just download one of our games and start playing.

i've already downloaded SoS and started playing the game for about a week now, but everytime i log-in here --> https://login.outspark.com/ i always get the message "invalid log-in credentials".

i don't know what's wrong. i followed instructions carefully when i first registered. :(

is there any other way to solve this?

I've have the same problem. Nobody seems to care. They've really almost driven me off. All I wanted to do was charge my account with sparkcash, but I have the same issue. I can re-send the validation as many times as I want. but nothing seems to help, it just takes me to the login page.

If you're having issues validating your account you need to contact the helpdesk by either submitting a ticket or sending an Email to Support@Outspark.com. They are the only ones that will be able to help you solve this issue efficiently.
