Kingdom Quest list wont open!

I click it next to the map, and nothing happens. It used to open! But now it wont...
And when I talk to the guys in town and click Kingdom Quest, it doesn't open either.
Please help, I'd like to participate again!

Ok, I think it has something to do with going off the screen, because I put my graphics setting off the screen.. and.. now I can't get that to come back either >.<'
