PLAY button greyed out

After quite a few attempts to download and install Fiesta, it seemed I was successful.

BUT!

I open the launcher and the play button is greyed out.

I key in my user name and password and it is still greyed out and I connot click it.

Can anybody please help me out on this one as I have searched this forum and can't find anything about it.
