Ok, I did the quest involving the weapon title, and now it has a ratman title on it. Now it says
Ratman Killer Wand : 0% (Damage 15%)
Can someone explain what does that mean?
Extra question : There is the quest that rewards a choice of 3 necklaces with resistance. Which is the best resistance to get, Poison, Illness, or Curse?

It mean that your weapon can do between 0 - 15% additional damage agains ratman.

You can have up to three titles for each weapon....handy for adding extra damage in an area where there are say, Ratmen, Boar, and Boogys.
Simply register all 3 titles before you start doing quests and the weapon will grow in power as you use it.
Each title will open up new names for your character...these titles change as you kill more of each mob you have registered to the weapon (Ratman Killer becomes Ratman Executioner etc), and the damage it does to those mobs also increases, the more you kill.
Extra answer...just guessing...as I can buy antidote for poison, and scrolls for curses, maybe illness?....but just a guess.....I know I HATE those effects like freeze and bleeding
